Hi, i have a problem with my zenfone the screen has some weird lines going down, what connector should i try disconnecti and reconnect to get it to work properly (the phone have been wet) - asus zenfone 2. Screen is so jumpy! it's only a week that i've been using it and i use it not for gaming purposes. i don't know why the screen seems to be like this.. First, bought asus zenfone 2 (red) , 4gb ram 64gb on 26/4/16. the first problem i encountered was touchscreen problem. i switched on the screen pointer option and found out that the screen is constantly pressing on the particular row on top like a disco light despite anybody touching the phone. it will auto lock as well and i can't even off the.
Screen and the capacitive buttons isn't responding to touch although the screen is active and working. this always happens every 10 minutes. really need your help guys..
